Ffynnonweb Online Tutoring is owned and run by Julia Ault.
Julia has spent the past 15 years teaching in Higher Education and considers that her interesting, challenging and enjoyable experiences during this time have served to enrich and enhance the quality and variety of her teaching.
Having worked both on and offline for 20+ years, the online working world is where she is at her most comfortable and effective.
She is therefore now in a position to offer her services as an online tutor; providing academic or digital skills sessions and/or assessment student support as needed.
This can be both synchronous (a live online session for example) or asynchronous in terms of providing teaching materials, marking assessments and offering online support as required.
Her skillset includes:
Lecturing and Tutoring in a wide range of Leadership/Management and Academic and Employability Skills topics.
High level of digital literacy and analytical skills.
Building and creating a bilingual Learning Management System
Developing, launching and teaching a brand new, flexible university degree course, delivered out in the community on evenings and weekends.
Introducing and developing the concept and practice of eLearning to university staff
