Julia is the owner of Ffynnonweb Learning for Life and has spent the past 16 years teaching in Higher Education. She considers that the expertise gained during this time has served to enrich and enhance the quality and variety of her teaching. (CV below)
Her skillset includes:

• Introducing and developing the concept and practice of eLearning to university staff when it was very new.
• Lecturing and Tutoring on a wide range of Leadership/Management and Academic and Employability Skills topics.
• Developing a high level of digital literacy and analytical skills.
• Building and creating a bilingual Learning Management System
• Developing, launching and teaching a brand new, flexible university degree course, delivered out in the community on evenings and weekends.

She is currently building a library of Free educational podcasts, providing bite-size taster sessions on a wide range of digital and academic topics from absolute beginner to HE level.
She is also offering her services as an online tutor; providing affordable, academic or digital skills sessions and/or assessment student support as needed.
This can be both synchronous (a live online session for example) or asynchronous in terms of providing teaching materials, marking assessments and offering online support as required.
